Driver error for TNT2 M64

I have just installed a Nvidia TNT2 M64 PCI, it works I know that because it was working fine in another computer. Every time I try to install the drivers it makes my computer not restart or at least shut down. When I boot it back up it says there is a problem with my video card, so I use the windows drivers and still it says there is a problem.

Try it in another PCI slot. Also, make sure old video card drivers are removed or disabled. Re-install nvdia driver 28.32. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."
