Microsoft says on it's website that drmapsrv.exe is free and every link I found links to the hotfix on Microsoft web site.

Is drmapsrv.exe (drmapsrv.dll & drmapsrv.reg) free or not? Normally, it comes with Windows 2000 resource kit. But the only thing I really need is this tool, and I don't want to buy the package for this tool only.

So, is it free or not?
