Drive Mappings Lost

During the day users lose drive mappings and have to login again to get them back.IP sessions are ok. Netware 4.11 server, 4.11 client using ipx on a switched LAN.
 
You may want to check the watchdog timeout settings. for some reason and from time to time, the watchdog will not get a response from the PC client. When this happens, the connection is terminated. So you have to ask why is the watchdog timing out and what can be done to correct it. Two options, check to see if the watchdog packet is being filtered on the network, if so, correct it. Second, increase the watchdog timeout from the minimal setting to something that extends the time. Review support.novell.com and search for watchdog for more info.

Also note that you may have to check the watchdog settings on the Novell client as well.
