I am trying to setup our PIX 515 to permit an inside network client to map drives to servers within the DMZ.

Can you direct me as to what the requirements would be to make this happen.

Also if you need further info just let me know I have the access-lists at my disposal.

Thanks,

HI.

If you are not blocking traffic on the inside interface, then all you need else is:

global (dmz) ........

And name resolution for the clients (this can be done with static entries on your internal DNS+WINS servers).

The dmz server should be a stand-alone server and NOT member of the internal domain.
