drive letter

I would like to assign a permanant drive letter to usb sticks. currently they appear as the next in line however i would like to assign a permanant one to any usb drive.
ie I have c:\ but i wish the usb's to appear as M:\ not D:\

Put one in. In device manager, specify it as drive M.
