drive failed on Dell PE 4800

Novell is running on sdell PE 4800 server. It has a message drive failed and one of the bay drives has orange light on it. All the services seem to be running properly though//

what's the best course of action? reboot?

Don't reboot.

Is the failed drive part of a RAID array? If so, simply pull it out and replace it with one of the same specs. Array will automatically rebuild onto the new drive.
