Recently I reformatted my IBM thinkpad using the recovery disks provided by IBM(windows 98). I then installed Windows ME. Later I noticed that the C drive is FAT 16 (it was FAT 32 before recovery) and the D drive is FAT 32. Can I now safely convert C drive to FAT 32?
