Drive code 5, tape stuck in drive

Hello,

We have a Storagetek L20 with 1 drive.
The tape was mounted and gave the command "Rewound".
With not so many knowhow I shut the system down and up again, than the drive was not functional.
Opening the drawer I wanted to pull out the tape but it is stuck in the drive.
The code on the drive first was 6 en then 5.
Anyone?

You might have a broken leader. Call STK support and have a Tech come onsite and replace the drive. (Hopefully you have support)
