Drive 1 on adapter 0 is predicting a future failure

We have a Dell Poweredge 1600SC running windows 2000. Recently, whenever we reboot the server, we received this message:
Searching for device at HBA 0, ID 1, LUN 0
Drive 1 on adapter 0 is predicting a future failure. The sense qualifier is 14h
Press any key to continue…

After pressing a key, the server boots normal without any issues. We are concern with “Drive 1 on adapter 0 is predicting a future failure”. How do I find out which drive is drive (we have 3 drives in the system)?

Drives should be 0,1,2 starting at the lowest slot number in the server.

Alternatively if you have OpenManage installed there's a "blink drive" feature so the LED flashes on the selected drive.

Thank you for the reply. I don't have OpenManage. Can I downlaod it? I searched in Dell web site, but could not find it.

The Dell install CD includes the Open Manage components, if you don't have that CD you can download the ISO here:
