Drilling Down on data

Hello

I have a report that has 3 groups on them. First group is HRCY_LVL_9, second group is HRCY_LVL_8 and the third group is HRCY_LVL_7. I have levels 7 & 8 hidden to allow drill down. When the user drills down from level 9 is it possible to have both levels 7 & 8 expand? So they don't have to drill down from 9 to 8 to 7.
