Drilling Across on Documents

Is it possible to set up a document (with two reports) that allows drilling across in 7.2.2 Web?
Currently it seems to only allow a drill down i.e. no right click feature for drilling options just simply a HL for the current level which drills down on selecting.
I have tried drilling to template, but this seems to just remove drilling altogether for attributes and only allow metric drilling once the report is run.
