Drill past cube to 3rd party EXE

Does anyone here know of an OLAP client that can access a SQL7 cube and from the bottom level of a drill down run a script to launch another exe - for example if I'm viewing

Continent / Country

I drill down from Europe to the UK, then from there I want to fire up my own DB query executable and pass 'UK' as a parameter.
