Drill Down Report and Bar Chart

I'm trying to produce a drill-down report with a bar chart using CR10 and an Oracle database. I am grouping at two levels. The first group is the Period and the next group is the Location. At the detail level I am displaying the amount. The report looks something like this:

March 05
Location 1 $100000

I have hidden the details section and am only displaying Group Header 1 and Group Footer #2. When I preview the report I am able to drill down to the details when I place the cursor on the locaton field.

I am also generating a bar-chart. I want the chart to display the amount for the period, with the facility to drill down to the details showing the individual locations and the amount details. However, I do not get a drill-down cursor when I move my mouse over the chart. The grouping for the chart is:
On change of period and location show the amount.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
