I have recently migrated the Crystal Web Component Server from a windows NT 4.0 machine to Windows Server 2003. Everything seems to be functioning correctly with the exception of the drill down feature. This feature is working correctly on the sample reports so I don't believe it is a server configuration issue.

On all the reports we have developed that include the ability to drill to the details of the report no magnifying glass is presented through the viewer and double clicking on the summary item does not launch the drill down view. I have a virtual directory off the root of the server (/reports)
The permissions on this directory are: Scripts and executables
The options checked are:
Script source access
Read
Write
Log Visits
index this resource

The above permissions were copied from the delivered /scrreports virtual directory

The delivered sample reports that include the drill feature work correctly. I've tried copying a report from my /reports directory and putting it in the /scrreports directoy and there is no change. I am unable to drill on my developed reports.

You'd probably be better off asking this question in the Business Objects: Crystal Reports 3 Integrate forum - this forum is for Seagate Info, which is old software and not may people check in here.
