Drill Down Export Question 1

I am wondering if there is a way to export drill down reports in a format that users that down have crystal reports installed can view it. I was hoping this can be done in an HTML file where they could just click the links to drill down further on the data. Maybe that is possible in a later version. I am using Crystal Reports Version 7. Please help me.
