I have started to use CR 9 and RAS. I have been able to get my report to appear in my browser but when I click on the + button, to drill down, I get this error.

A number, currency amount, boolean, date, time, date-time, or string is expected here. Error in File C:\WINNT\TEMP\{B0DEF2A4-CAE9-403E-8ECE-FBEBB267A5AC}.rpt: Error in formula <Record_Selection>. '{qryLabour.Aircraft} in [] and {qryLabour.Date}in Date (, , ) to Date (, , )' A number, currency amount, boolean, date, time, date-time, or string is expected here.

The values required for the formula are from an asp page.

Any help would be appreciated.

It appears that you have a subreport in the drill down, and the record selction isn't getting passed, could that be it?

No. It is a simple report with a bar graph in the report header and a grouping by aircraft.

I'd guess that the parms aren't getting properly passed, but it is odd that the report is functioning at all.

Perhaps the parms are only used in the drill down?

Anyway, my original assumption was based on the fact that the error message shows no values for the parms, and since you're already viewing the report, meaning that it's past the record selection formula...

I am using one of the sample RAS solutions from the Crystal web site. The last line in the CrystalInteractiveViewer.asp uses a ProcessHttpRequest method. The crystal documentation says to "see also" GetHtmlContent, I have tried but have got nothing but a blank screen. The reason for the attempt to use this method is that the Crystal documentation says that the HTML line from this can be used multiple times.
