DriHWP32.dll error (not found or damaged)

Hi,

I just got this error while my computer started up Windows, so I went to the Microsoft website and it said to reinstall the kbturbo.exe program (But where is this program located?). Some people even said it's better the remove the file. Can someone give me advice on what this file really does and which would be a better way to resolve this error, to remove the file or reinstall it?
