Drifting Windows

when I move my Reflection X window session from my laptop screen to an external 24" LCD, the window drifts back to the laptop when I place my mouse close to it. If I move the mouse away from the session window, the session windows stops moving. As soon as I place the mouse about 1" from the session window, it drifts toward the laptop LCD. Once it's back on the laptop LCD, it stops drifting.

Any ideas?
