Drifting text on report

Has anyone here seen the behavior in Access 97 where the text boxes on a report drift to the left as you advance through the pages?

I have a 200 page report, and by the time you get to page 150, 2 or 3 of the characters on the left side disapear. I am really at a loss on this one, so any help is greatly appreciated.
