Hello!
I am trying to update the DRG22i to latest version for H.323 and TSE but is failing (using Mozilla Firefox)

Product number: KDU137006/111
Product revision: R9A
Production week: 09w49
Default configuration: R1D
Downloader revision: cxc_132_4888-R2A21
Reported download status: 0x7
Main software revision: DMA0022-R2L466
Operator defaults revision: -File not found-

I try over HTTP towards the server where I have stored two files:
DMA0022-R2N31-R.r0
DRG22i_MX-ONE_H323_R1A.INI

It says:
Upgrade failed.
Downloader status: 0x7

I am using WAN port and tried both Router and Bridge mode but the result is the same.

Your help is appreciated.
Thank You

Hello,

Hi teretore,

Thank you for your information.
Did you connected the DRG in LAN through its LAN port or WAN port?

Hello,

I am trying to use fileZilla ftp server.
a. created user anonymous within the ftp server
b. created shared folder within which the two files for DRG reside
c. assigned read wrights for the shared folder
Connected though cross cable with WAN port of DRG and have tried to write the file name with .ini and without .ini but in both cases upgrade is unsuccessful

I have tried being connected to DRG through WAN port and both modes tried; bridge and router mode for WAN.

I can browse the content of shared folder through ftp://x.x.x.x via internet explorer within the same laptop.
Please can anyone assist what is wrong here?
Thank You

Hi Guys

I found the way to upgrade DRG and the fault in the same time for my case
fileZilla does not support tftp but ftp instead

I found the small software "Tftpd32 by Ph. Jounin" which did the job quite easily and straight forward.

Have a good time!

The above process was done being connected to WAN interface over cross cable after the DRG was set in factory default settings.
The files sent to DRG were:
a .ini file
b. .r0 file

The DRG was in H.323 mode and is still being used in H.323 mode
