Having changed the WAN IP address and configured it as a bridge rather than router, the DRG has become unavailable. We've not yet upgraded the firmware, though the unit is currently unavailable. Has anyone got hold of thorrow technical documentation of the DRG and its functionallity? Or have you experienced similar problems?

DRG info can be found in ALEX.

there are 2 types of the DRG : the ufo like box (DRG22) and the router style box (DRG22i).

The following procedure will reset all the configurable values back to their original defaults:

this is the procedure to reset a DRG22:
Unplug the power supply cable from the POWER connector on the back of the DRG-22.
Press the PipeLock button on top of the DRG-22.
Reconnect the power supply cable and keep the PipeLock button pressed for 20 seconds before releasing it.
The DRG-22 will reboot and finally it will come back online with the original default settings.
To get a static, predefined IP address (192.168.254.254), keep the PipeLock button pressed for 35 seconds before releasing it.

the pipelock button is replaced by a small reset button at the back on the DRG22i but same reset procedure applies to it.
