Hi, we have a problem with analog extensions of DRG. When we press the R button, the call is cleared...any idea?? Thanks.

Hi

How is connected your DRG to the system?
Is it to an ELU32 or IPLU?
How is handle the DRG in the PBX?
Is it a IPex or do you make a hotline toward a CAS extension? What is the PBX release?

you can not transfer calls with the DRG, it is meant for fax extensions over IP

It is on IPLU with IPex. THE PABX is MX-ONE 3.1

As Whosdaddy write - DRG does'n support hook flash and transfer when connected to md/mx-one.
