Dreamweaver ultradev 4 and operating systems capability 1

What is it that I have to do to configure Dreamweaver ultradev 4 in my Windows ME? It is compatible with Windows 95, 98 and Windows 2000 and NT, but not Windows ME.

I need to find that one bit of information to make it work right in my system.

Any suggestions?
