Dreamweaver template confusion

I'm developing HTML content for placement on a CD-ROM, and I'm using the DreamWeaver templates.<br><br>1) is this a problem?<br>2) i've moved my template directory, moved it back to the original spot, and now it doesn't work right -- doesn't seem to recognize the CSS that I'm using.<br><br>Thank you.
