Dreamweaver mx: root folder is in folder of another site 1

Greetings!
Using Dreamweaver MX.
I moved my files for several sites into a general folder to clear up clutter on desktop.

Since then, if editing site B, I get messages "root folder (for site B) is in folder for site G" or, when editing site D, " Root folder (for site D) is in folder for Site A" "which may cause problems etc.

So... I look for these folders so I can move them to the proper place and they are not in evidence.

It seems to be a filing problem rather than a Dreamweaver MX problem... nonetheless, I can't seem to fix it.

make one folder and inside place your site folders eg.
Web
--site1
--site2
--site3
and use DW to define each site to match/have root in "sitex"
