Dreamweaver-Images, CSS, Rollovers dont show when published, or from C

Im realy pulling my hair out.
The images and rollover codes all look ok when viewed from Dreamweaver but if you open the file from the C: or on a link the images go away
As wellCSS sheet is saved in same area as HTML page and they dont show up either

I notice that your HREFS for the style sheet and images have been saved with preceding '/' . This could cause the problem. Dean Owen
