Sorry - a very basic question as my mind has gone blank and i have done this a thousand times before

I am using left and nested top frames on my homepage and have named them main, top and left. When I insert a flash button and link it to another page, i choose mainFrame from the Target menu to open the page up in yet it open up in a new browswer window!

What am i doing wrong? I have tried naming the frames as mainFrame, leftFrame and topFrame to match the target options yet it still opens as a new window.

Please help, I'm starting to get annoyed!

Thanks
