Dreamweaver for Mac cant display chinese characters, Why?

Im preparing a web site in Dreamweaver 3 in my Mac g3 blue, but after I upload the site it desnt show the charcters.<br><br>I can see it in my local machine with IE but cant when on the server.<br><br>Is there anything incompatible with OS 9.04
