Dreamweaver design view

When using the cfinclude tag to add a header to a page, design view in Dreamweaver MX only displays the cfinclude template. What can I do to allow me to see the the header and the page I want to view and edit?

this belongs in the dreamweaver forum, but you can't edit the file unless you open it and edit it seperate from the "including" template.
