I have Dreamweaver MX. I want to build an application to interact with Oracle 9i database. But first I need to connect to the Oracle database and make tables and establish a relational database. Does Dreamweaver have the capability to act as a client tool so I can create my database schema, make the table relationships and query reports or do I have to buy the Oracle Client Gui software to do all of this?
