dreamweaver 8 layer display issue IE7

I have built a site

using dreamweaver 8 and fireworks. It seems to be operating fine for the majority of the users. I have had a couple of complaints that IE7 is displaying the carfax banner over the paragraph text on my main page along with the other pages in the site have some layer issues also. I have yet to be able to recreate this error on any of my computers (14) various xp flavors and browsers. I have asked what brower they are using and it seems to be with Internet Explorer version 7 running Windows XP. I have the same setup with IE7 yet everything displays fine.

How can I troubleshooting this type of problem when dreamweaver displays the site fine and the majority of the users are displaying the site fine? Help is much appreciated.

looks good here xp+IE7.
check the machine and maybe update the XP (or IE)..not sure abut carfax add...there is some javascript at the end of that page....what is the use of it?
it could be the JS messing with your machine or machines needs update to current JS for IE 7.
