Dream wipe/fade using Premiere 6

Hey guys,

I am making a dream sequence using Premiere and was wondering how I could make or where I could find a horizontally wavy fade (like you always see on TV) to represent the transition to the dream sequence.
I looked all through Premiere and Hollywood FX and scoured the internet and couldn't find anything.
