drawing in flash? 1

can someone get me in the right direction?

i'm trying to create a "flipbook" style program in flash...

i just want the user to be able to draw into the program...

that's all... no flipping or animating...

(possibly... an "erase" button jus in case they want to start over)...

thank you... those links were exactly what i needed...

now that i have a working Movie Clip where the user can draw directly on screen, is there a way to:

1. save the final image
2. add "name & email" input text fields
3. send it to through email...

or some variation of that...

I guess that envolves some server side scripting as PHP, at which I never was interested in... So can't really help you, other than giving you these links...

I think both of these actually save the drawing on the server, through PHP, and you can then mail a link to that picture on the server...
