Drawer report in aloha TS v5.3

My bartenders assign their own cash drawer themselves. the problem is they are able to run a drawer report anytime they want and the report tells them exactly what cash should be in the drawer.

the 2 problems i'm having are:

1)if i disable the cash drawer function then they can't assign the drawer or perform cash in/outs

2) i can't seem to find in audits or reports a place to view who & what time these drawer reports are being printed

i know a manager's supposed to assign drawers etc. but we function differently

can someone help?

Go to Maintenance, Labor, and JobCodes..
On the functions tab there is a must declare cash at checkout option. This is so the employee counts down the drawer first and when they run the checkout they are prompted to enter how much is in there. There is also an option in jobcodes that only a manager can check them out.
