I am running a Systamax 2100+ AMD and having a dragging noise at startup for about 1 min. then slows to a stop. Everything else seems to be fine except the speed seems to have slowed. All fans are working. I can't tell where it is coming from. Any help greatly appreciated.

Dragging noise at startup

Usually a sign a fan is starting to go. While the noise is there try stopping the fans for a half second or so and see if the noise stops.
