Hey, I'm new to the board, and I must say that it is really amazing. Anyway, I am creating a page that for several reasons, mainly easy maintenance, I have chosen to use frames for. Scrolling is off and NORESIZE is also used. The frames are defined with pixels and wildcards (such as '103,*'). The problem is, if you click and drag very deliberately on the images that make up the menu bar (side frame) and top logo (top frame) you can cause the image to scroll over about a quarter of an inch for some reason. It's as if you can drag the images over just a bit if you try really hard to drag them over with your mouse. It's SO ANNOYING, because the side and top frames comprise a whole image that looks terrible when it's skewed just slightly. As far as I know, the frame dimensions are not oversized, either.

I sounds like it's not something that people are likely to do very often. Is it really worth worrying about? Tracy Dryden

Well, I guess I just found a flaw in the page and was looking for a quick fix. There is not really any chance that anyone would ever try that hard to drag the images over, it just seems a bit weird. Another disadvantage of frames I guess. Add it to the list.
