drag n drop sorter

Hi,

I need to develop and drag n drop sort order system for several images, which will be submited via a form.

So far i a can carry out the drag n drop part but I can't get the images to lock into a grid!! Also the system needs to check that the cell is empty before putting the new image in its place.

Does anybody have any working examples on how I can do this?
