drag/drop button in mc loaded into empty mc

Hi there folks

I have a drag and drop button in a mc that also has a set property for scale. This mc loads into an empty mc on my main stage. It works fine in IE but in some versions of Netscape, it scales and drags the whole movie clip instead of only the button. Any suggestions?
