I don't know if I am missing something new in CS2 that was not a step in CS, but I can not drag column guides to create uneven column widths. Has anyone experienced (and resolved) this in CS2?

Have you enabled Layout adjustment, and the appropriate sub adjustment in that window, from the layout menu? I'm still on cs1, bu it's hard to beleive they would not include that in cs2.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

In CS2 colum guides are locked by default. So if you want to change them first go to View > Guides & Grids and unlock your colum guides

Ah, the locking column guide scenario. Certainly will not forget that feature now. I suspect it will be helpful at some future occasion, but it was frustrating whilst attempting to move 'em! Thanks for everyone's input.
