Drag and Drop into a form field

I wish to create a PDF form document and one of the form fields will contain a filename, folder, date, and time.

I would like to be able to drag the file from Windows Explorer in order to fill in this field.

Can this be done? Can I drag a file into a form field and then have it automatically get the file date and time and insert them into the appropriate fields?

Can this be done through a script of some kind?
