In Act 3.0 you could also drag daily activies from Day to Day. The activities would automatically be schedule the next day at the same time. You could do this simply by dragging the activity to a different day on your calender and tadah. It was there. Will Act 2007 do this? How do I make it do this? This would save me a least and hour or two a day with rescheduleing calls. I will get called to a client and come back the next with 50 uncalled people that I have to manually, one-by-one reschedule. Please help!!!

Mine will not work in a monthly calendar or what I use all the time, daily calendar. I can not drag & drop anything. It is very frustrating.

I also reviewed the tip of week, where you can go to Task List, highlight the activies and drag them to another day. My ACT will not allow me to drag any activities. Am I missing a feature that needs to be activiated? Or am I just crazy. I have been using ACT for about six years. In my previous job, I was an expert at ACT 3.0. I tried ACT 5.0 and hated it, because when I combined the 3.0 and 5.0 databases, it split the Notes from the History. Unfortunely, we were disiplined to put notes in only one place. SO with the new version or notes we not in order making it very difficult to keep things straight when talking with clients.

Since then, I have started my own business and decided to give 7.0 a shot. It's O.K. I am sucking it up on the features that I have to fget us to. I like the sych process better, but the drag and drop is killing me. It's costing me a lot of time when I may have 100 roll over calls. My database is looking like a disaster unless I spent an hour everyday fixing it.
