1) running NT4 SBS - lost SBS Console
* went to technet to find out how to reinstall, tried and could not.
2) Running ARCServe IT - removed and tried to install could not.
3) Installed virus Wall from Trend Micro and got a message:
intetinfo.exe
Exception (0xc0000005), address 0x63801e9e.
I have gotten this message several times when I have done other maintenance to the SERVER.
4) Reinstalled SP6a then got a message from Dr. Watson:
An Application Error has occured
and an application error log is being generated
inetinfo.exe
Exception: hardcoded breakpoint (080000003), address 0x77f762e8
Is the NT Kernel damaged and will reinstalling SBS solve this?
