dr. watson on exe\dsamain.dbg

Hi,
exchange 5.5sp3, every two months, dr.watson error on dsamain.dbg, reboot, works. At the same time, arcserve is doing a full backup, then another dr.watson on dbasvr.exe error.

any comments?
