When the Winset application is started on the workstation it generates a Dr. Watson error concerning the winset executable. Also, the workstation HDD failed. Any ideas on why this is happening and how can it be resolved?
I have had this problem in the past but it was always solved with a re-install and re-boot...I know it's stating the obvious but that's been the cure.
Failing that, which o\s are you running Winset on?
This is widespread application problem. It is suppost to be addressed in the next release of Winset. Usually, you can just delete the awinset.ini file from the agents computer to correct the problem. We created a batch file and had the agents save it to their desk top. Now they just sign out of the application, click on their icon (that contains the batch) and then sign back in.
