Dr. Watson Error Store.Exe 1

I install exchange server 5.5 on NT server 4 SP6. It works fine for five days, suddenly today it gives a messages to clients that exchange server is not available. And an error messages in the exchange server Dr. Watson Store.Exe error. The services Microsoft Information Store and Microsoft Internet Mail Service could not be started. I'm very disperate after trying many things, could anyone help me please?

As a first point of call, have a look through the list in the link below, as it could be a number of things. Any messages in the event viewer?

Thanks a lot Chester27, the links helps a lot. The first search result solved the problem. I stop the Internet Mail Service and delete the files in queue in the Imcdata\In folder and restart again the Internet Mail Service and it works again.
