Dr Watson alert with Apache on NT

I have installed Apache 1.3.22 + MySql + PHP + PHPNUKE on Win NT Server.
During the performance test with the medium nuber of concurrents virtual users (50), appear the following Dr Watson Alert:
"An application error has occurred, and an application error long is being generated. Apache.exe - access violation (0xc0000005) Address 0x1005d44f"

Somebody have a solution for this problem?
