Hi,
My colleague is performind some DR testing of a FAP stored on 2 tapes on a server with a single SDLT tape drive.
The restore was set to run overnight, with the switch tape alert received around midnight. When the tape was ejected, and the 2nd inserted, the restore immediately fails with :
Failed to read data from media.
Failed to receive data from client agent (EC=10053).
I had set the receive and send time outs on the DR box and the DR server that is receiving the restore (as yes, its going over the network) to 0 , as I thought this would stop the timeout but it hasnt.
Any ideas?
Servers are running Brightstor 11.5.
