DR not backing up

I have a DR backup that keeps pending out with the following error:

Error Code: [19:599] Description: Loss of control process clBackup.exe. Possible causes: 1. The control process has unexpectedly died. Check dr watson log or core file. 2. The communication to the control process machine <string> might have gone down due to network errors. 3. If the machine <string> is a cluster, it may have failed over. 4. The machine <string> may have rebooted.

I have looked at the processes on that server and have deleted the multiple process of "clBackup.exe". Everytime I do that it still pends out. Can anyone help?

Sometimes stopping and starting the CV services can help in these situations. Have you tried rebooting your CS & MA(s) are at least stopping and restarting the galaxy services on those machines?

I've tried that and we have also moved the DR backup from different locations and it still fails at 50%.

I had this same issue before, try reinstalling the File system agent on the Comcell and the media agent that you are performing the DR with, once I did this I had no issues.
