dpTCPGateway.exe - "Cannot find"

I have a Jornada 548 and for the past few days, whenever I reset the device, I get a message on the screen "Cannot find dpTCPGateway" or one of its components. Does anyone know what this error message means and how I can fix my handheld to prevent this message from appearing?
