I have an IVR system connected via DPNSS to the MD110 (BC11 SP10). Depending on what digit is pressed in the IVR the call is routed to an ACD group in the MD110.
The problem is now that on the ACD agent the A-number is presented with only 10 digits.
The A-numer is sent via DPNSS to the IVR system with CLC-ISDN (*3#) and f.e. 14 digits, the IVR calls the ACD group with CLC-ORD (*1#) and 14 digits.
I suspect the reason for the 10 digits is that the MD110 sees this incoming A-numer as a Private number (which has max 10 digits) instead of a Public number (which has max 20 digits). My question is, how does the MD110 decide if the received A-number is public or private when receiving a call via DPNSS?

Hi mdman,

This might be worth a try... Check your route VARC D8. If it's set 0,1,2,3 then try 8,9,A,B (i.e. if it's 2, then try A)

If you have ALEX you find it in ...\Application System Country\External Lines\Parameters\TL50

It is what I expected. When receiveing CLC-ISDN the number is treated as public, when receiving CLC-ORD the number is treated as extension.
When CLC-DEC or CLC-PSTN is received it will be treated as a trunk number.
